Recruitment for the GirlDear Academy project | Fundacja Centrum Inicjatyw na Rzecz Społeczeństwa

We invite people aged 18-29 to participate in this international project. A group of young people from Poland, Germany, and Portugal will work together to create an international Young Women’s Leadership Network and acquire skills with best-practicing leaders. There are limited places. The Project will be implemented from March 1, 2026, to February 29, 2028.

The Team of Young Women Leaders Coordinators is responsible for the implementation of the Project:
Foundation Center for Social Initiatives FCIS (Poland) – Project Leader: Olga and Dominika
Associação CVI – Centro de Vida Independente (Portugal) – Project Partner: Catarina and Iris
Muslimisches Jugendwerk (Germany) – Project Partner: Maftuna and Aisha

The Project Coordinator/Supervisor is Dr. Eliza Szadkowska, author of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy program, President of the FCIS Foundation Management Board.

The project offers two forms of participation:
A. International Mobility Cycle Programme of the Young Women’s Leadership
B. National Meetings Programme of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy
